I had a back injuy and visited the chiropractic doctor for 14 times. I had massages and exercises done for my back .
I was given 4500 for my car. I incurred a medical bill of 1500 for the doctor and incurred a MRI scan for around 2000. I am fine now and I didnt incurred a permanent injury. My Attorney tells me that I dont have a valid case and she is going to make a settlement with my insurance company and the guys insurance company who was at fault. My Insurance policy had a 10000 PIP and I dont know about the guy who hit me. I was unemployed from the time of my accident to this date so I think I am not eligible for compensetation for the wage loss.
Its been 15 days that my doctor have released me and the attorney had requsted a report from my doctor.
So how much claim is my attorney gonna make with the insurance companies? How much money is it likely that I am going to receive from my case?
