it was an easy hit that did not harm any of our cars, the cups came and saw that there is no harm in both cars. the police officer did not give me a ticket, but had to write a report because the driver that i hit has claim injury. i am less experience in this. what could happen now? and what i am suppose to do if he claim injury? he was standing fine and then went to a restaurant after the accident.

In relation to my previous question, I was informed by the insurance company of the at-fault vehicle in my car accident that they may not be liable to pay my medical expenses in an accident, thus I was afraid to visit the doctor, as I have no health insurance.
