Attorney pleads guilty in insurance-fraud scheme
A Bethesda attorney has admitted his role in an insurance-fraud scheme he ran with a chiropractor. Amir Ryan Lahuti — sometimes referred to in court records as Ryan Amir Lahuti — pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria to conspiracy to commit mail fraud.
