I was in a car accident almost a year ago, my back was injured and I still have pain! What do I do?

After my accident I opened an injury claim with AAA, the insurer of the car at fault. Then I got a letter saying since they hadn’t heard from me in a few months that they would just close the the claim. I still have back pains and don’t know how to handle the insurance claim.

I’ve tried meds for my back, and they all just make me really tired or disagree with my stomach. I’ve also tried physically therapy a couple of times but it just made it worse. I don’t know what to do to save my back and and I don’t know how to make sure I am repaid somehow for pain and suffereing. So I guess I’m looking for legal advice too? I’m only 23 and I have back issues and it’s not my fault! What do I do? I’ll take ANY kind of advice…Dr’s? Lawyers!? HELP ME PLEASE!! Thanks!!!!!

I broke my right (dominant) hand in a car wreck that the other driver has been found in fault of. His insurance company has accepted liability but, not yet contacted me to settle. In addition to a broken hand i have a severely bruised collar bone with marks all over my chest and stomach. I have missed 2 days of my day job so far, and i have been forced to pull out of all my stand up comedy gigs for at least a month (including an audition for last comic standing). I am in constant pain. How much are my injuries worth? And do I need a lawyer to make sure i get a fair amount?

and lots of bruises i was put on 10 days bed rest i had training for a new job to go to the following monday my car is totaled the insurance company is try to settle $500 for me and $250 for my baby and what i had to pay for someone to babysit for those days is 5 times that now im jobless and facing eviction due to the wreck do you think a lawyer will get me justice? im a emotional wreck plz help

I was in the car driving this past weekend with my 2 kids
5, and 9.
A guy in a huge suburban, compared to my smaller 05 toyoto camary, guns his car, out of a store onto the road, hits my car. I was doing NOTHING wrong, just driving down the road.
My daughter bumped her head, was crying, freaked me out BAD.
My son bumped his head on the seat. Both had seatbelts on, both are ok. I was sore in my neck all day that day, I guess between the jolt, and tensing, stress, ect.
Car taken in, so I had no car today or yesterday- that was crap.
the car at the repair place said they would really look at it on monday. It drained all the fluid, soap, and water out of car, and damaged around the front tire.Dont know what that cost will total.

I so greatful to God no one was hurt.

I think his insurance company should pay something other than just repairs. Will they? If so what? It was a terrible experience.
