Cows owners insurance company admits guilt but is barely willing to pay even half of my losses. I cant afford a good lawyer and sure do need the money just to live. What can I do?
Im a hunting & fishing salesmen here in SC. Yes, they did pay to fix the car and it has been fixed. They also in writing stated they would pay all medical bills. My losses include over $4800.00 in lost wages in addtion to three sales presentations I was to sick/hurt to make Dollar General, WL Lee Flowers, HFW. They are medical bills over $ 2000.00 plus the need for followup care. My neck and back hurt after driving 100 miles are more. The offer of 5000,00 is hog wash. Im thinking of blasting SC Farm Bureau Insurance company back into the stone age. I also have a sworn statement from a witness that said the cow was out for over 48hours. I am hurting because of having to miss work for treatments.
