We live in PA and my mom was in her friends car and he was driving. He had a seizure and ran the truck off the road and my mom has serious injuries. Her friends insurance company said that she has to claim the medical expenses through her car insurance. I do not understand this. Why is this not cover under his car insurance? Also my mom only has liability insurance, So will they even cover her medical expenses? We are thinking of suing but who do we sue? We thought the insurance company but she can’t sue her own insurance company can she?

My son was in a bad car wreck and I need some advice?

My 24 yr old son was a passenger in a van and there was an accident. The van is supposedly used to transport handi cap children. But the driver of the van was drunk and ran a red light. The owner of the van has not filed an insurance claim. My son was seriously injured and rushed to the emergency where they did brain surgery to remove a clot. I am not sure what to do. the hospital keeps asking me to fill out papers for medical if anyone out there is a lawyer and can advise me on what to do I would appreciate it. thanks

I was in a car wreck and the other man who was at faults insurance keeps jerking me around. I’ve tried to meet their adjusters 3 times . all the 3 times the adjusters didn’t show up, were late, or just plain rude.
I’ve gotten really tired of dealing with them. does anyone know anything that would get them seriously in gear without mentioning lawyer?

Turns out the girl that hit them didn’t have valid insureance. Her tag was expired and she got a ticket for that plus for careless driving (for causing the wreck). Netier insurance is wanting to pay to get the car fixed,I dont care about the girls car she is causing us so much problems, I know youre not supposed to
wish ill to anyone, but she wouldn’t get off her damn cell phone,
even when the cop was talking to her, tried to pass my sister at a yeild sign then the merge area.Anyway, we have got to get our car fixed. My sister only had a learners permit but she was driving with someone well over 21. But now our insurance is saying she was excluded on the policy since when wegot the policy she was only around 13 she couldn’t be included. I was calling lawyers and they were all gun ho to get it started. I just found out about 3 hours ago about the girls insurance and I called some of the lawyers back and now I’m getting the run around. just need some advice. Where do we start?

I need an attorney in Los Angeles that will take my case against a body shop.?

I took my car to a BMW certified body shop after an accident. They took two and half months and a lot of headaches to fix my car. Since then I’ve taken my car back three times because of numerous problems, some of them major issues such as alignment and electrical, and they’ve had my car a total of almost 6 months and have charged my insurance over $30,000. My car is still not fixed. Not to mention that I’ve shelled out my $620.00 lease payments while they took their time trying to fix their own errors. My insurance has also doubled (even though I was not at fault in the accident). I am tired of dealing with the owner who I can only get a hold of if I go to the shop. They also charged me for rental cars which they agreed to pay for and they keep telling me that they are “taking care of it.”
I’ve looked far and wide. I’ve used my contacts, the internet and phone calls and cannot find an attorney who takes this sort of case. Please help!!!
