i got in a car wreck today and me and my boy friend both got whiplash. it was their fault they ran a stop sign and hit us. im not employed but now i cant get a job because im not allowed to work for a week(i had a job lined up for me.) my boy friend is employed and cant work for 2 days so he doesn’t get paid for those days. the driver of the other car the one who hit us was issued a citation but we talked to our insure companies and they said we should sue for personal injury’s because were out of work for a little bit. i can barely move my neck now and i have to go back to the hospital tomorrow for more tests. should we sue for personal injury’s or just move on with life. my doctor told me i might not be able to work because my back got messed up and i might need surgery there doing x rays. please some one help me. i dont need negative things being said im in a lot of pain and just need help =(

i never said it showed up in an x ray if u read it right they did x rays on me for my BACK. would u liek to tell me why my dr said i have whiplash if i didnt i dont think he would lie but thanks.
