my boyfriend got in a serious car wreck and is charged with wanton endangerment in the first degree of a minor and unauthorized use of a vehicle which he says he has had before. we live in ky and he has a good lawyer but doesn’t know when he is going to court yet. He says he will go to jail for the rest of his life is this true? What are the punishments of these felonies?
