Ok here is what happend. There was an SUV stopped at a yield due to ongoing traffic which is understanding. I pulled up behind them and fended them because on the corner store an 18 wheeler was turning right to the traffic light and in other words the 18 wheeler would have hit us both. I got down asked if they were ok and called police and made report etc….The EMT asked if they needed assistance and the two ladies in the SUV declined. Fine Now they are suing my insurance & claiming injury. What I dont understand why are they claiming injury?? if they were sooo injured why did they wait till 3pm to go to to the ER when the accident occured at 9 am? The air bags didnt even come out and not even a single scratch on there vehicle. Also the two ladies have seperate attorneys is that possible when suing my insurance or should they have the same when it was the same accident?? Thanks I need some HELP
