I had a car accident in Florida. My car was a total loss. I had a injury for a long time on my back.?

I had a back injuy and visited the chiropractic doctor for 14 times. I had massages and exercises done for my back .
I was given 4500 for my car. I incurred a medical bill of 1500 for the doctor and incurred a MRI scan for around 2000. I am fine now and I didnt incurred a permanent injury. My Attorney tells me that I dont have a valid case and she is going to make a settlement with my insurance company and the guys insurance company who was at fault. My Insurance policy had a 10000 PIP and I dont know about the guy who hit me. I was unemployed from the time of my accident to this date so I think I am not eligible for compensetation for the wage loss.
Its been 15 days that my doctor have released me and the attorney had requsted a report from my doctor.
So how much claim is my attorney gonna make with the insurance companies? How much money is it likely that I am going to receive from my case?

After my accident I opened an injury claim with AAA, the insurer of the car at fault. Then I got a letter saying since they hadn’t heard from me in a few months that they would just close the the claim. I still have back pains and don’t know how to handle the insurance claim.

I’ve tried meds for my back, and they all just make me really tired or disagree with my stomach. I’ve also tried physically therapy a couple of times but it just made it worse. I don’t know what to do to save my back and and I don’t know how to make sure I am repaid somehow for pain and suffereing. So I guess I’m looking for legal advice too? I’m only 23 and I have back issues and it’s not my fault! What do I do? I’ll take ANY kind of advice…Dr’s? Lawyers!? HELP ME PLEASE!! Thanks!!!!!

I was in a car wreck and the insurance company only offered me 1,000 dollars for my injuries and inconvenience. So I called an attorney, and he sent me to a chiropractor. Due to my injuries he wants me to attend physical therapy with him 3 days a week. I was just wondering if this is going to be covered by my claim and will I get money for my self to get my life back in order.

I rear ended a car at an intersection as the car stopped for a green light. I was at fault. The police and ambulance came, but everyone declined medical services. Both me, police and fire asked the other driver multiple times if the driver was fine and the driver said he was. The driver and I both drove our cars home the scene. What are rulesa civil suit for injuries and stuff? Since the driver said he was fine than he waived his rights? I am only worried about a civil suit as insurance will cover all else.

the insurance company offered the full liability of $100,000. with a $10,000, medical. the lawyers wrote to the insurance company and told them not to cut the check until they hear from them. they said there might be possible lien’s. (doctor bills) as of yet the only thing my son has seen from the lawyer was the letter telling them to hold the payment and a letter to the insurance company that they would be representing my son. we have not seen any lien documents. my questions is, is the liability money for medical bills and can the lawyers pay it all away as their obligations. this is what he is telling my son. that he is obligated to pay the liens. in his letter he wrote, quote, “there will be liens”

In case of car accident where the at-fault party does not have insurance, how do you seek the money back?

My wife got in a car wreck with our baby (a dude in a small company’s car hit our car and sped away but the police later caught up with him) and our lawyers said they have had to drop the case because they say the party at fault does not have insurance coverage at all. She has been going to the med and her back is hurting. Now I’m looking for the legal solutions.
Our car, which was totaled, had a value around $3800 (so we sure didn’t have full coverage) and by the time you add the hospital bill, well, you go over $5000 which is the maximum we could have sued for in small court. She has lost her job since then, so we are just trying to get back on our feet here. What should I do. Was our lawyers’ policy of dropping the case justified and ethical? Should we hire another lawyer? Should we sue the other owner in a different kind of court ? Is there anyway we can keep the med. bills from hitting us while we take care of all this ? Also, this is happening in the state of Texas.

and lots of bruises i was put on 10 days bed rest i had training for a new job to go to the following monday my car is totaled the insurance company is try to settle $500 for me and $250 for my baby and what i had to pay for someone to babysit for those days is 5 times that now im jobless and facing eviction due to the wreck do you think a lawyer will get me justice? im a emotional wreck plz help

I was in an accident about a month ago. I rear-ended some guy’s car. He didnt want to call the police or the insurance company. He said it wasnt a big deal, the car was old anyways, the damage was minor. We exchanged phone numbers and agreed to call each other later and come up with a settlement. He asked for a sum of 300 dollars and every time I went to give it to him, he wouldnt want to meet. So i stopped calling, about three weeks later I get a letter saying that he’s taking me to court cuz of back injury. Can he make a case with no police report? Should I notify my insurance company? What should I do? What do you think might happen, can he really sue me for thousands of dollars? Please give me advice I would appreciate it.
Its crazy because I must of offered calling my insurance like 20 times before this whole lawyer situation?
