What to do after car accident?

I was in a car accident this weekend and I was the passanger. It was the other cars fault as it came into our lane. There were 6 cars involved total. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. I went to the ER on my own right after the wreck and had xrays etc done. Nothing is wrong just a contusion and muscle spasms. Is the lady that hit us responsible for my medical? Should i get a lawyer since I wasnt hurt?

Fake Injuries claim by other party after car accident.. HELP!?

Yesterday I received a letter from my auto insurance company about an accident I had more than 15 months ago. What happen during the accident was that I was making a left turn as the light has turned red for a split second, but the other person from the opposite direction sped up trying to run through the light and our cars crashed heavily. My car was pushed back for about 15ft while his car stayed at the same place. However, after the collision, we got out of the car and nobody was injured from either sides. He has another passenger with him while I was driving alone. The police and paramedic came and asked if anybody was injured, but there was no injuries so the paramedic left right away.

In the letter they said that the other party is demanding a huge amount of money for medical bills and injuries claims. Here is what they are demanding: “Anthony XXXX demands $15,500 based on medical bills of $5738.30 and injuries include: Chest wall contusion, cervical/thoracic/lumbar sprain/strain, muscle spasm and Cervicalgia. The demand for Roxanna XXXX is $100,000 based on bills of $33,830.80 and injuries include: Lordosis, cervical/thoracic/lumbar sprain/strain, right hip and thigh sprain/strain, chest wall/rib contusion.”

As you can see, the list of the injuries are very suspicious since each and every injury cannot be seen physically. So what am I supposed to do with this claim? My insurance policy only has a limit of $30K. Will I be sued for the remaining amount? I’m a poor college student with no income or properties so what is going to happen if I get sued? I’ve been having a headache since yesterday worrying about this matter and couldn’t concentrate on anything else or even stay focus during class. Please give me some advice on this matter as this was the first accident I ever had and don’t have much experience on how it will be settled. Thanks for your time.
In the police report, no injuries were listed.

My grandaughter is being sued after she wrecked a car that she had permission to drive.?

My grandaughter is being sued after she wrecked a car that she had permission to drive.?
My grandaughter is 15, and the adult is 23. The adult was intoxicated so my grandaughter offered to drive her home, they hit a soft patch of sand and then they hit a pine tree. The adult is now suing my grandaughter because insurance wouldnt cover it since my gd was driving. I forgot to mention that there were 4 other minors in the vehicle. She should be sued for distributing to minors, right? I just thought that this was kinda silly. Will it hold up in court?
She has her permit. We live in GA. We have talked to two lawyers. One said, we have a good chance of winning, and the other said we were “in a mess”. So now we really dont know where we stand. I have a letter that the 23 yr old sent my grandaughter right after the wreck that states that the 23 yr old takes full responsibility for everything that happened. Could this letter help me? And as far as court goes, they have already been once, and everyone involved (including my GD) got a slap on the wrist. However, the case against my GD was just recently brought up. We plan to countersue the 23 yr old, since she distributed to minors.
