I hate to say it but if I was you I’d save my money & see if your GP can organize some other physio. Over the last 10 years I have spent a small fortune on Chiropractic care, only to find out that it was causing further damage to my original problem. I now have severe mobility problems and am housebound.

any money the insurance company pays out for medical care does count toward the total….but….there is no guarantee you will get anything more than having your medical bills paid. Having a lawyer almost always means at least a couple of years before things like this are settled
