I was involved in a car wreck last Thursday, the insurance gave total losyt to my car…i got a Lawyer to representme..now im having my first appointment today with the spinal doctor but i havent get any of my medications for pain that i got prescrived at the hospital the day of the accident…(( i dont have insurance)) so i cant get it on my own…..why the lawyers can cant get the other side to pay for my meds right aaway?

You will have to front many costs unless your insurance covers them. Your side, you and your insurance, are responsible for most all expenses until the insurance suit with the other person is settled.
Be sure to get those meds ASAP. If you don’t it can later be shown you “Had no pain” because there was no hurry for you to get the prescriptions filled.

Didn’t your bone head lawyer tell you?! The other person’s insurance company does NOT have to pay you for your medical expenses right way. They don’t have to pay you SQUAT until you settle.
You got and are going to pay a pretty penny for your lawyer to advise you – USE HIM/HER!
You DO have options, you know.
