I was in a car wreck in August of 2009 and i had settled out with the insurance company of the lady that hit me,I went to a lawyer before and i had two tell me that if i settled out instead of suing the lady,My insurance company would have to match that amount and pay me the exact amount that i settled out for,Is this true and if so can someone give me some tips or tell me how the process works…Anything will help!
