okay my girlfriend was in a wreck at an intersection it was a residential area she was exiting the intersection when she was t boned on her passenger door she was not ticketed the other driver was found to be at fault this happened in march of 07 she had a 1991 toyota celica gt 2door… and the insurance is just now making settlement well as far as the injuries caused she had a broken nose broken face and she had to get a metal face plate under her eye socette and she was also in a neck brace for about three months now the insurance company is now settling she does have some scaring on her face she has two scars has one about lil over an inch under her eye and she has a lil mark right above her mouth i waS just wandering around how much the settlement should be? this all took place in nebraska scottsbluff to be exact ( the guy who hit her was driving at speeds of 40 or higher in a posted 25 mph) as far as medical bills 125,000 yes we are consulting a lawyer just wanting a guesstimate
