I’m in Tenn; I was not involved in wreck. Boyfriend was driving my car,and had at fault wreck. We’re both being sued for 1/2 mil$! He was specifically excluded fr my ins coverage. Boyfriend did have his own ins. Can’t afford lawyer.What to do? I have a sample of this type of response – just use the same format? Scared….thanks.
