I was involved in a car accident,ER doctor said I has concussion of brain.the only symtom left is my worse memory.
I do not want to hire a atttorney,it will cost to much
Now I do nt know how to make a claim to insurance company,which items I should list in the claim.
it is important for my family.

start off by calling your insurance company..you may or may not have coverage depending on what state you live in and what coverages you elected when you purchased your policy. some states require PIP(personal injury protection) these states are known as ‘no fault’ states. if you have this coverage it will cover 80% of your medical bills and the at fault will cover the 20%. you may also carry medpay, which would pay 100% of your medical bills up to your policy limit. if you have no medical coverage, then the at fault insurance company would owe dollar one and you would need to present a bodily injury claim. if you were at fault or if it was a single vehicle accident you may fall back on your health insurance.
