well theres not a lot of detail in this question. Were you at fault or the other person? what happened? what are you wanting to sue for that you need a lawyer? call your insurance company adn get them involved to fight for you, thats what they are there for.

Depending on if you suffered any injuries or medical bills. If it just for the damage on the car you really don’t need a lawyer. Otherwise the insurance company will just try and settle with you & you might not get all needed. I have a friend going through the same process.
