I was in a car wreck about 3 months ago and i was in my bosses work van and he had partial insurance….but i wasn’t really on duty considering we are independent contractors. But we were in a head on collision wreck at both cars moving speeds of 45…i didn’t get damaged that bad my hip was severely dislocated…and my jaw and knee were messed up but i feel better now…Anyways were suing the insurance and i was wondering how much should i be expecting…because ive heard he has gotten paid by the insurance and gettin paid again by me if i settle low. And i dont wanna get cheated
mines a personal case and its not suppose to be very long for i havent got injured severly….10k shouldnt take lone but 100k should take a few years which the kid next to me will be getting because he almost died
well the lawyer is a good lawyer…he wins 98 percent of his cases in court.. um no like the insurance pays him off to convience me to settle low then he takes his 30 percent…and they took care of the medical bills and everything

3 months LOL? You’ll get paid After like 4 to 5 years… no one can tell how much of a shiester your lawyer is going to be.
Could be 10k could be 100k depends on how far he wants to take this. Have you seen any quack doctors yet, that will be coming soon.
If you want the big bucks you need surgery but I’m sure you’ll hear this soon lol.

You may need to explain the situation a little better. So do you have a lawyer? Why is he getting paid by you if you settle low?
In cases of accident, people get paid for their medical bills, compensation from their time off from work due to injury, damages to properties, and maybe a little more for the metal damages caused. Some people actually got a ton of money from an accident (I know one in person, he became wealthy from it after investing his money in stock market), but you need a very good lawyer.
I’ve seen someone got very little money from their accident, not even enough to cover medical bill, because they have a lousy lawyer.

Your English grammar is less than perfect. If you were the passenger in a vehicle, either or both drivers are responsible for your injuries. You can make a claim against either or both drivers. If you have auto insurance of your own, you should use your own auto insurance medical payments coverage first. Any additional med pay coverage would come from the vehicle in which you were a passenger.
Further, you should find out if you have underinsured motorists coverage of your own, or on the vehicle in which you were a passenger.
