87-year-old man sentenced for death of motorcyclist
Calling it one of the toughest decisions he’s made since becoming a judge, Freeborn County District Court Judge Steve Schwab on Monday sentenced 87-year-old Marvin William Steinhauer to a stayed sentence and probation in connection to the death of a motorcyclist in May of 2009.
