Statistically, probably the same or less chance overall as the overall ‘visibility" of bike to other drivers will be very high as well.

I was in a car accident no police report was filed. It was not my car and I don’t have insurance, however the owner of the car does. So what is the statue for filing a police report. Also am I still responsible for the damages even though I wasn’t at fault and might not be covered on the car insurance.
